Prepare the Delivery Process

The delivery location must be accessible to our big trucks and safe for delivery. Drivers have the discretion to determine if the location is safe. The dumpster must be placed on a flat, level, paved surface. To protect the driveway, place plywood before delivery. Dumpster Near Me is not liable for truck/dumpster weight-caused surface damage.

To Avoid Additional Charges

Rental covers delivery, 14-day rental, and pick-up. Extra days cost $10.00/day subject to availability. Stay within the weight limit based on dumpster size or face a $50.00/ton overage fee. A fuel surcharge may apply—extra fees for return trips due to overloading, blockage, or unaccepted materials. Fill the dumpster evenly without items protruding from the top to avoid additional charges. Unaccepted items include:

Refund policy for canceled dumpster rentals:

Cancelled 24 hours before delivery: full refund minus admin fee.

Cancelled before delivery, after truck departure: refund minus hourly trucking, fuel surcharge, and admin fee.

Cancelled after delivery: no refund.

Terms of Service

Dumpster Near Me reserves the right to allow 48 hours for delivery of the dumpster to the delivery address, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Refunds will not be given if the dumpster is delivered to the delivery address beyond 48 hours due to acts of nature or events beyond our control. Dumpster Near Me reserves the right to substitute the next larger-size dumpster at no additional cost if the ordered size is not available. Any substitutions for a smaller size dumpster must be agreed upon between Dumpster Near Me and the customer and a price adjustment will be made according to the published rates at the time of rental. Dumpster Near Me drivers will do their best to place the dumpster at the delivery address according to directions given by the customer at the time of rental. Dumpster Near Me reserves the right to charge the customer a nominal fee for returning to the delivery address to relocate the dumpster to the same address. The customer is responsible for any damages incurred to the dumpster while at the delivery address.

The customer agrees to make payments for any charges contained herein. If a credit card is initially used for payment, the customer agrees to allow Dumpster Near Me and Disposal to charge for subsequent charges contained herein to the credit card. The customer agrees to make immediate payment for all charges and to pay 2% interest and all attorney fees, court costs, and lien processing fees for past due balances. The customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster for Dumpster Near Me and Disposal during service times. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dumpster Near Me and Disposal against any damage caused by trucks or equipment to the pavement, curbs, driveways, or any driving surface or service areas. The customer agrees not to overload containers by weight or volume.
